Professional website design costs will always be discussed on a non-commitment basis beforehand, so you can be assured you wont have sudden large bills or any hidden charges to pay.

Internet advertising budgets are beneficial, and usually more cost effective than those Yellow books or local directories, but this remains completely optional.
